MySkinBuddy has a lifetime warranty.

All KDiOR Koil Gro Serum and KDiOR Koil Pomade sales are FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

 

Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 5 calendar days for KDiOR Pure Kollection, KDiOR S.E.A. Kollection, KDiOR HoodMINK Kollection and KDiOR Klips.

 

In order to exchange, the following conditions must be met:

 

- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging unopened.

- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

You must include a note with your name, phone number, email address, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

 

If the listed conditions are not met, KDiOR reserves the right to refuse an exchange.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless KDIOR was the party at fault.

 

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any product that has been opened, installed, or altered (washed, brushed, combed, or cut).

 

Inspect the product without unwrapping the extensions or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, please show your stylist.

 

If it’s determined that KDIOR is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

 

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are

FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.

STANDARD PROCESSING AND SHIPPING will take 5-7 business days.  If items are not in stock, you will be notified and PROCESSING AND SHIPPING may take an additional 3 business days. 

 

Please be aware of this wait time before you place your order.

 

If you need your items sooner, we do offer FREE local delivery or EXPEDITED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number and anticipated delivery date from  US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx.  Please be sure to check your inbox AND spam folder for your USPS or FedEx tracking number. SOME orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
