*Deposits are required for most services and are non-refundable.

 

Sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary therefore:

 

For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by phone at 214-997-1501 or email thekdior@gmail.com to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

-If cancellation guidelines are not adhered to you will forfeit your full deposit.

-If you choose not to reschedule your appointment you will forfeit your full deposit.

 

If you are late I will do my best to accommodate you.

- Clients are allowed a 5 min courtesy window.

-If you are going to be more than 5 mins late please let me know as soon as possible by phone at 214-997-1501 and you will be charged a $10 late fee.

- Due to scheduling conflicts there is a possibility your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

-If late guidelines are not adhered to you will forfeit your full deposit.
