What’s in My Current Peptide Stack? An Updated Look at My Next Cycle

One of the questions I get ALL the time is, “What’s your current peptide stack?” Right behind that is, “What supplies do you order?”

So, it’s time for a stack update!

Right now, I’m still on my cycle off. I originally planned to start back sooner, but I decided to give myself a little more time. My new start date is September 1st.

And yes…I actually got on the scale!

One thing I wanted to pay attention to during this break was whether I could maintain without relying on my peptide routine. I maintained my weight, and I’m happy with that. I’ve also kept up with the eating habits I established along the way.

For me, that matters. This journey can’t just be about what happens while I’m taking something. I want the habits I’m building to carry over when I’m not.

What I’m Starting September 1st

🔥 FAT: Retatrutide (Reta) — 1x a week

Reta is the part of my routine focused on my fat and weight-management goals. Retatrutide is still investigational, so I’m sharing my personal experience—not recommending that anyone copy my routine.

💪 BODY COMPOSITION: CJC-Ipamorelin — 3x a week

My focus here isn’t just a peptide.

Resistance training and protein come first.

I’m going into this next cycle wanting to pay more attention to how my body actually looks and feels—not just what the scale says. CJC/Ipa is an experimental consideration I’m incorporating alongside my training and nutrition, not a replacement for either one.

SKIN: KLOW — 3x a week

And because I’m an esthetician, you already know skin is going to make its way into the conversation!

I’m looking at KLOW from more of a skin-focused perspective, particularly the GHK-Cu component. This is another experimental part of my personal routine, and I’ll be watching for what I personally notice throughout this next cycle.

Where Do I Get My Supplies?

This is probably the second most common question I get.

I’ve made it easier by putting the supplies I personally order in one place.

My Supply Shopping List:

Once you open my Linktree, click the SHOP tab to find my shopping list.

New to All of This?

Please remember: my stack is MY stack.

I’m sharing my personal journey because so many of you ask about it, but that doesn’t mean my combination is appropriate for everyone. Some of the compounds discussed here are investigational and are not FDA-approved for these uses.

If you’ve been doing your own research but still don’t know where to start, you can book a Virtual Wellness Consultation with me.

Virtual Wellness Consultation:

We’ll talk about your goals and questions and help you better understand what you may want to discuss with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

For now, I’m enjoying the rest of my break, keeping up with my eating habits and celebrating the fact that the scale stayed maintained even while I was off.

September 1st, we start the next chapter.

Now the question is: Should I share my progress throughout this next cycle too?
