Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Appointment Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, KDiOR requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. If assistance is needed, cancellations or rescheduling requests may also be submitted by: Text:214.997.1501 Email: thekdior@gmail.com Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to forfeiture of the required deposit. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur an additional $10 cancellation fee in addition to any forfeited deposit. No Call/No Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice (No Call/No Show) will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment at the time of the appointment. No Call/No Show clients will also have online booking privileges suspended. To schedule future appointments, clients will be required to pay the appointment balance in full at the time of booking until online booking privileges are reinstated at the discretion of KDiOR.
